How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email.
Please keep the e-ticket as you will need it when leaving the TV Tower.
How does it work?
Please be ready at the elevator to the restaurant at the time of your reservation!
Scan your tickets, either a printout or on your phone and skip the line to the TV Tower.
Please note that there may be short delays at security and when waiting for the elevators.
Is my meal included?
No, this ticket gives you a timed entrance to the TV Tower and gives you the oportunity to reserve a table in the Sphere Restaurant. Meals are not included in the price. You book your meal from the à la carte menu.

- Your table is reserved for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from your booked time.
- Please note that a maximum of 8 people can be seated at each table. If you book more than 8 tickets, you will be divided between several tables. The TV Tower will try to place the tables close to each other, but we cannot guarantee this.
- Card payment only in the restaurant - no cash.
- Please note that due to structural conditions, the TV tower is unfortunately not barrier-free for people with current walking disabilities.

"Er man i Berlin skal man op i tvtårnet. Men der er mange mennesker på lidt plads. Det var varmt og elevatoren lille, de skal have så mange med som muligt så der kommer mange ind i elevatoren. Jeg har været der og skal ikke det op en anden gang men absolut et must see"
